Site Upgrade
Last Edited: 20 October 2025Mini Oil Lamps . com has undergone a site upgrade. Both "housekeeping" and site improvements have been implemented. They are as follows:
1) The existing images up to Lamp0068 had "MiniKeroseneLamps.com" watermarked on them - these have been changed to "Mini Oil Lamps . com".
2) The image sizes in the public album have been increased for better viewing. They have been increased from 200x150 pixels to 320x240.
3) Lamp data was being displayed in the private album for the collector's use only. This has all been transferred to the public album. Subsequently, search functionality is now available for everyone. Take a look at Lamp0001 to see what kind of data is available for each lamp. As an example of the search capabilites try putting the word "christmas" into the search box at top right. Also read the Using Search page for useful tips. Then go to the Gallery And News page and scroll down to see the entire list of search terms (tags) entered for all the lamps in the database. This feature will no doubt assist people in searching for a specific lamp.
